PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fiber-containing resin pellets which can avoid the breakage and cutting of fibers to ensure sufficient mechanical strengths, can adapt itself to both a fiber having a short fiber length and a fiber having a long fiber length, can restrain the equipment cost and can prevent the degradation of a resin by heat. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fiber-containing resin pellets comprises the step of forming a fiber-compounded film 9 by hot-pressing two sheets of the resin films 1A and 1B while the fiber 2 is sandwiched between them and the step of cutting the fiber-compounded film 9, to form the pellets 7.
