FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: prepared aqueous suspension from mixture, containing slag-forming ingredients and binder, at ratio of water weight to weight of dry ingredients (0.8-1.2):1 is granulated by means of suspension spraying into drying chamber into combustion residue medium of natural gas and air mixture at ratio 1:(1.1-1.5). It is implemented thermal treatment of received granules at temperature 150-400C. In the capacity of slag-forming ingredients into suspension there are introduced blast-furnace slag and cement, containing principally of calcium and silicon oxides, at its ratio (0.1-10.0):1. In the capacity of binding it is used liquid sodium glass in amount 1-30% of total volume weight of aqueous suspension. ^ EFFECT: hardening of composition granules and reduction of dehumidifier ability of mixture at its saving in open boxes. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
