The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and concerns the utilization line for iron-bearing wastes which can be used as additional raw material for blast-furnace and steel-smelting productions. A line consists of the production system for oxidized iron-bearing material and system for briquettes forming set with the possibility of interaction. The production system of the oxidized iron-bearing material involves following elements set consistently and connected with feed and transport units: supply bunker and mean for screen separation, linked by the transport units with the unit of dry magnetic separation and unit of hydrodynamic classification, which contains screw mixer, spiral separator, and dehydration mechanism set in technological process and connected by transport units. Both units are disposed with the possibility of interaction with the container for the reception of raw material of the briquettes forming system. In addition it contains band vacuum filter, and slurry pumps and conveyer as transport units, at that it contains oscillating press as a briquettes forming device, and respectively disposed bar and roll magnetic separators as the unit of dry magnetic separation. |
