<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a fuel cell system which has an easy and simple constitution and in which drying state of an electrolyte membrane of the fuel cell is determined appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: The control device (20) of the fuel cell system includes a measuring means to measure a pressure loss of a fuel gas in a fuel cell stack, and a determining means to determine that the electrolyte membrane in the fuel cell stack is dried when reduction is detected in the pressure loss of the fuel gas measured by this measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
