PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile cap which has such a constitution as to facilitate the removal of extra-fill concrete in the center enclosed with core reinforcements of a concrete pile. SOLUTION: The pile cap 10 comprises an inside cap 20, an outside cap 30, and a connection member 40. The inside cap 20 is formed of: an inside bottom plate 21 arranged inside the core reinforcement 54, and having a tremie hole 21a and slits 21b formed therein; a cover member 22; a steel pipe 23 for inserting a tremie pipe 56; an inside form 24 erected at the peripheral edge of the inside bottom plate 21; and reinforcing members 25 for connecting the steel pipe 23 and the inside form 24. The outside cap 30 is formed of: an outside bottom plate 31 arranged outside the core reinforcement 54, and having through-holes 31a formed therein for allowing the penetration of main reinforcements 51 of a cage 50, and slits 31b; first and second outside forms 32 and 33 erected at the internal peripheral edge and the outer peripheral edge of the outside bottom plate 31, respectively; and a mounting frame 34.
