The present invention relates to an apparatus for changing a pendulum motion into a one-way rotating motion which makes a pendulum oscillating revolving structure into a track shaped double rack, and couples the internal gear of the double rack with the external gear of the double rack by inserting a pinion which is fixedly and externally in contact with an output shaft, and makes the internal gear into a one-way coupling gear coupling with the pinion only in a clockwise direction, and makes the external gear into a one-way coupling gear coupling with the pinion only in a counterclockwise direction. |
