In the screen plate (50), when the eye hole peripheral edges (B) positioned on the upper surface of a screen plate portion (52) are worn and deformed due to its sliding contact with cutter blades (60, 61, 62), the upper and lower surfaces of the screen plate portion can be so replaced that the eye hole peripheral edges positioned on the lower surface are brought into sliding contact with the cutter blades (60, 61, 62).</p> |
