PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a receiving part to a radio station that should perform reception with high quality so as to perform diversity reception or to secure fixed receiving quality while achieving cost reduction by reducing four receptions to three by automatically selecting received data of radio waves having higher receiving quality when a mobile station simultaneously receives a transmission radio wave of another mobile station and a transmission radio wave obtained by relaying the radio wave in the radio station. SOLUTION: In a TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) method, receiving frequencies and operations of three receiving parts are determined by a frequency setting condition table of Figure 4 in which a reception slot overlapping state between a base station and a mobile station and a reception target station are conditions. When there is no overlapping of reception slots, receiving parts R1 and R2 during receiving a time slot of sound data of the base station and receiving parts R2 and R3 during receiving a time slot of sound data of the mobile station respectively perform diversity reception, and perform single reception in the other cases.
