PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which meets the current needs for high integration and high speed of the circuit and which can effectively prevent a malfunction of an internal circuit caused by simultaneous operation switching noise that occurs when a plurality of output buffer circuits in an input-output circuit simultaneously operate. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit has the internal circuit 1 and the plurality of input-output circuits 20, wherein the power source of the internal circuit 1 and the input-output circuits 20 is supplied by different systems, and the semiconductor integrated circuit has a potential difference detection circuit 3 for detecting a potential difference between a GND of the internal circuit 1 and a GND of the input-output circuits 20, and a correction circuit 4 for correcting noise received by a signal converted by an input buffer circuit 21 constituting the input-output circuits 20 on the basis of the potential difference detected by the potential difference detection circuit 3.
