<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel adjuvant formulations for use with cancer antigens. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are immunogenic compositions prepared by incorporating cancer antigens selected from the group consisting of MAGE antigens linked to a heterologous fusion partner, prostase antigens linked to a heterologous fusion partner, prostase fragments comprising at least 20 contiguous amino acids of prostase, mutated prostase, P501S, Cripto, and Her-2/neu antigen derivatives devoid of a substantial portion of the Her-2/neu transmembrane domain, and an adjuvant composition comprising a saponin, together with an immunostimulatory oligonucleotide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
