PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device capable of forming an outer shell member with a decorative part thereof being located at an adequate part with respect to a base material part. SOLUTION: The die device comprises a first die 60 having a forming recess 62 of a substantially semi-circular section, and a second die 70 for forming a cavity C of a substantially arc-shaped section to form an outer shell member (a first outer shell intermediate body 40) between the forming recess 62 and itself. The outer shell member (the first outer shell intermediate body 40) is formed by filling a molten resin 80 in the cavity C while a decorative part (a first decorative intermediate body 42) is arranged in the cavity C. In the die device, a pair of groove parts 74, 74 with excessive ends 43, 43 of the decorative part (the first decorative intermediate body 42) being inserted therein are provided in a vicinity of a root portion of a forming projecting part 72 in the second die 70.
