<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the use of a conventional commodity sales system decreases due to lack of association between a virtual store and a real store, which makes a user suspicious about presence of the real store and hesitant about purchase of a commodity, since a unique shopping mall totally different from a real world is formed on a computer. <P>SOLUTION: This commodity sales system is constructed by connecting a server computer, a store computer at a real store having a virtual store, and a user computer of a user using the virtual store mutually via an electronic communication network. When the server computer virtually constructs a shopping mall comprising a plurality of virtual shops in the same layout as a geographic layout of real stores having the respective virtual stores, a landscape image representing the landscape of the shopping mall is provided to the user computer, while a landscape image for movement inside the shopping mall is provided based on a movement instruction from the user computer, and based on a purchase instruction from the user computer, data about a commodity desired for purchase by the user are provided to the store computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
