<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, for quantitatively acquiring the value of a patent or the quality of a patent description. <P>SOLUTION: The program makes a computer execute a description acquisition step for acquiring a patent description from a description storage part storing each patent description including claims; a patent description analysis step for analyzing the patent description acquired in the description acquisition step; a patent value calculation step for quantitatively calculating a patent value based on an analysis result in the patent description analysis step; and a patent value output step for outputting the calculated patent value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
