PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory mounting structure of a sunvisor for a vehicle capable of firmly holding a mirror unit on a sunvisor body. SOLUTION: This mounting structure comprises a plate-like bracket attached to the sunvisor body 2, a mounting member 5 disposed on the rear surface of the bracket 3, and a screw member 6 disposed at the front side of the mirror unit 4 disposed on the front surface of the bracket 3. The bracket 3 and the mirror unit 4 are extended through the mounting member 5. The mounting member has a shaft part 5b screwed with the screw member 6.
