A loose-leaf filing folder which may be converted into a suspension filing folder comprises a cover 1, Fig. 1, whose spine is folded into an attachment portion 4, 5 to be received slidably in a T-shaped groove 6, Fig. 3, of a transparent plastics moulded channel member 2, the attachment portion 4, 5 being spaced longitudinally by an opening (8, Fig. 2) in the cover to receive therein an attachment portion 9, Fig. 4, of a loose-leaf binding device 3 which jointly with the attachment portion 4, 5 is held by the groove 6. The loose-leaf binding device 3, which may be of plastics material or cardboard has front and rear portions 3a, 3b which are integral with the attachment portion 9, the rear portion 3b supporting a pair of tags 10 whose ends are threaded through apertures in the front portion 3a. The loose-leaf filing folder may be converted into a suspension folder by inserting plastics hook portions 7, Fig. 1, into the ends of grooves 6 in the channel member 2, which when modified serves as a suspension bar. |
