The invention relates to a cutting disc (1) for producing wide kerfs, noteworthy in that it is obtained by assembling two discs with peripheral recesses, the assembly being carried out in such a way that the central parts of the two discs are pressed against each other so as to form a flat region, and at least one region of a disc is pressed against the corresponding part of the other so as to form a contact region to which a spacing region obtained by integrating spacers (2) corresponds, the disc having as many contact regions as there are spacing regions, the contact and spacing regions alternating and being equidistant. Preferably, the discs are diamond-tipped. The invention also relates to a device provided with said double discs (1), permitting wide kerfs to be produced from various materials, particularly hard carpets bonded to concrete. |
