SOLUTION: This flexible metal laminated plate having a high visible ray transmittance includes a polymeric film, a tie coat layer which is formed by coating a chromium or nickel-chromium alloy on one surface of the polymeric film, a metal seed layer which is formed on the tie coat layer, and a metal conductive layer which is formed on the exposed surface of the metal seed layer, and is characterized in that the optical transmittance (atλ=600 nm) is 63% to 80%.
