PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a receiving side terminal to know a frequency channel selected for frame transmission by a transmitting side terminal in advance and also to know the frame in advance. SOLUTION: This radio communication equipment is provided with a receiving means for receiving a reception frame from radio communication equipment belonging to a second radio communication system that shares a frequency with a first radio communication system, a gain control means for performing gain control of the reception frame, a synchronizing means for establishing timing synchronization of the frame subjected to gain control, a calculating means for calculating a correlation value between a synchronization establishment frame with the timing synchronization established and a signal sequence predetermined in the second radio communication system for discriminating whether to be a frame transmitted when radio communication equipment belonging to the second radio communication system detects an unused frequency channel, and a judging means for judging that the reception frame is the frame which the radio communication equipment belonging to the second radio communication system detects the unused frequency channel and transmits when the correlation value exceeds a threshold.
