An integrated parking management system is provided to allot a parking area to the person concerned efficiently through a space monitoring and metering system. An integrated parking management system senses data of every respect of the environment related to the parking system, collection, and the register and displaying, and then analyzes the collected data to produce the executable output reacting to the demand of the public and administration of the parking system, and also communicates the various parking systems of elements, and then receives feedback to perform operations requested from the parking system. A SMMS(Space Monitoring and Metering system) provides the information specifying the state of the parking space within IMPS(Integrated Parking Management System) to CCI(Command and Control Interface). Bidirectional transmission between SMMS and CCI is performed through the communicating unit.
