A protein chip forming wells by coating a non-fluorescence material is provided to need no pre-treatment process of attaching a linker and to analyze easily protein. A protein chip comprises a substrate, a linker adhered on the substrate and fixing protein, and a non-fluorescent material layer(7) coated on the linker. Wells(10) are formed at the non-fluorescent material layer. The wells are empty space in which the protein is placed.
