An electromagnet manufacturing method using an efficient winding operation comprises the following steps: a step for curve-cutting a first tooth toward one side(S410); a step for winding a coil into the first tooth(S420); and a step for going back the first tooth to origin(S435). A frame is made of a ring shape. A plurality of teeth is formed in order to be protruded from an inner circumference of the frame, and is arranged to a respective fixed interval.
