The present invention refers to claritromicine and Ambroxol combinations and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, one or more pharmaceutically acceptable vehicles or excipients; the invention also refers to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the inventive combination and to the use of said combinations for preparing drugs for treating upper and lower airway infections and spread infections with bronchial hypersecretions.
