Switching element (1) for producing an electric signal or switching state in order to lock, unlock, open and/or close a safety system and/or locking system, in particular in a vehicle, with at least one contact element (7), as a result of which, when the switching element (1) is actuated, an electric connection can be produced between at least two electric switching contacts (8) which are present, and with a support plate (9) which has electric connecting contacts (12) for the switching element (1), and with a housing (2) which surrounds the contact element (7) and at least part of the support plate (9) to protect them from environmental influences, wherein the support plate (9) is arranged in a fixed position in the housing (2). The switching contacts (8) are arranged directly on the support plate (9), and a movable actuating element (3) is provided on the housing (2) and, by actuation of the switching element (1), brings about a movement and/or deformation of the contact element (7). |
