摘要 The irradiation verification device (1) for radiotherapy plants, exhibits living cell material, which is locally fixed in the three space coordinates x, y and z in a container (2) with insert (4) on cell carriers (3) of the insert. For irradiation verification, the z-coordinate of the device is adjusted in direction of the irradiation axle z, so that after the irradiation, areas with dead cell materials are locatable with still active cell material of the device in space coordinates with reference to an irradiation concept. The cell carrier holders exhibit a base plate and a cover plate. The irradiation verification device (1) for radiotherapy plants, exhibits living cell material, which is locally fixed in the three space coordinates x, y and z in a container (2) with insert (4) on cell carriers (3) of the insert. For irradiation verification, the z-coordinate of the device is adjusted in direction of the irradiation axle z, so that after the irradiation, areas with dead cell materials are locatable with still active cell material of the device in space coordinates with reference to an irradiation concept. The container with the insert, the cell carriers and the cell carrier holders (5, 6) exhibit a radiation-permeable material. The cell carrier holders exhibit a base plate and a cover plate lying opposite to the base plate. The cell carrier orthogonal to the holder plates is arranged between the base- and cover plates. The holder plates exhibit blind holes aligned one on the other. In the blind holes, the ends of the cell carriers are arranged, which are solid bars, on which lateral surfaces of the cell materials are fixed. The cell carriers exhibit a length in 50 cm and diameter in 3 mm. The minimum distance between the cell carriers is 2.5 mm. Between the holder plates, four spacers are arranged, which are arranged between projections on edges of the holder plates. The blind holes of the holder plates exhibit a conical countersink. One of the holder plates exhibits passage holes between the blind holes distributed on the top side. The holder plates exhibit markings for the marking of the positions of the cell carriers. The insert exhibits support legs to the bottom area of the container. The container exhibits an inlet port and a discharge opening for a nutrient fluid and/or for oxygen. The container shows a cylindrical inner wall and an agitating device in the bottom area for the distribution of nutrient fluid to the living cell materials on the lateral surfaces of the rod-shaped cell carriers. The irradiation verification device exhibits a spatial resolution in direction of y-space coordinate for a Y-displacement direction of the ray, higher than in the x-space coordinate for the X-displacement direction of the rays. The irradiation verification device shows a spatial resolution in direction of the z-space coordinate for the Z-propagation direction of the ray, same as in direction of the x-space coordinate for the X-displacement direction of the ray. The cell carriers are amount to 400-900. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the handling of the irradiation verification device.
