An intake air cleaning system of an internal combustion engine using an ozone lamp can reduce the discharge of pollutant through the combustion with ideal air mixing in the internal combustion engine and can improve fuel efficiency and output through sufficient supply of ionized oxygen. An intake air cleaning system of an internal combustion engine comprises an ultraviolet lamp or LED lamp for generating ozone, an ultraviolet power source stabilizer by DC power supply, a SUS mechanism for preventing the oxygenation of the ozone generating lamp, and a fixing mechanism.
