An air cleaner of a duct using an ultraviolet ray UV lamp for improving the disinfection function of the ultraviolet ray UV lamp is provided to flow in cleaned air by blocking harmful material in the air by using the disinfection function of the ultraviolet ray UV lamp by installing the ultraviolet ray UV lamp between the duct and a duct external cover. One side of a body part(400) is combined with a duct(100). The other side of the body portion is combined with a duct external cover installed on the indoor of building. A lamp part sterilizes the air by radiating the light of the ultraviolet ray UV lamp(250) through lens(260). A temperature sensor, a heater(240) and a thermistor are included inside a lamp part(200). The temperature of inside of the body part is regularly maintained so that the ultraviolet ray UV lamp effectively can operate.
