A mobile terminal including a touch panel for using various application programs of the mobile terminal is provided to use a supplementary function and various application programs of the mobile terminal conveniently through a touch panel displaying a performed function. A main key pad(110) is installed on a main body(100). A touch panel(300) is installed on a slide part(200) and drawn out from the slide part by relatively moving the touch panel from the slide part. The touch panel indicates a key corresponding to the performed function. The touch panel is one of a touch screen and a touch pad. The touch panel is drawn out from the slide part and is positioned on the main key pad. The touch panel is slid up with the slide part in a state drawn in the slide part, and the slide is drawn out from the slide part in a state slid up the slide part.
