METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF POSTOPERATIVE HERNIA OF ANTERIOR ABDOMINAL WALL WITH INFERIOR MEDIAN LOCALIZATION

A method for the surgical treatment of the postoperative hernia of the anterior abdominal wall with inferior median localization provides for suturing parietal peritoneum with the transversal fascia. The graft is fixed to spigelial lines. Prior to suturing, the holding sutures are applied to the parietal peritoneum with the transversal fascia alongside the lateral edge of the rectus muscles of the abdomen catching spigelial lines each 3 cm. Then the peritoneum with the transversal fascia is sutured. The graft is fixed to the holding sutures, and the sutures are tied up over the graft.
