A multi host USB device controller for building exclusive USB connection of each host with a sharing driver is provided to build exclusive USB connection of each host with a sharing device without rearranging the sharing device whenever an upstream host accesses the USB device. A first upstream port(PHY#1) and a second upstream port(PHY#2) is comprised in order to be connected to a first host and a second host. A USB device block corresponds to one or more function. A multi host device controller connects the USB device block, one of the first host and the second host does not reconstruct, to the first upstream port(PHY#1) and the second upstream port(PHY#2).
