A holding device for supporting a pipe for a house and an equipment for cultivating ginseng is provided to reduce damage from strong blast, typhoon, or heavy snow, and prevent winter-sowing by draining rainwater smoothly. A fixer for fixing a supporting pipe(100) to the ground is interposed or inserted in the inner side. A drain(12a) is vacant tube shaped. The inside diameter of lower part of drain is smaller than the top inside diameter. The center pillar(11) is the synthetic resin material. A upper side of a soil pressure supporting part(12) is separated from the outer circumference of the center pillar, and a lower side of the soil pressure supporting part integrally formed to corn-type with the center pillar. The soil pressure supporting part takes on the soil of ground at the gap(14) with the center pillar. One side of the reinforcing rib is integrally connected in the center pillar, and other side of the reinforcing rib is integrally connected in the earth pressure supporting part. |
