The invention relates to repair and strengthening surfaces of steel pipelines laid in soils with different levels of mineralization. A method for repair of steel pipelines includes renewal of defect sections, cleaning of surface of pipelines with removal of damaged coating, application of multi-layer protective coating. After purification of surface of pipeline with removal of damaged coating it undergoes plastic deformation by sandblasting with given mode, after that surface is covered with primer and after drying one applied modified mastic with application of insulation strip. Priming includes, mass %: 33.11 of bitumen-polymer mastic, 066 of corrosion inhibitor – biocide “B”, 66.23 of non-ethylated petrol, and modified mastic – 99.95 mass % of bitumen-polymer mastic and 0.05 mass % of corrosion inhibitor – biocide “G”. Obtaining of optimal value of residual stresses in surface layers of metal is provided, and uniform distribution over all the surface, this increases adhesion connection to multi-layer coating and increase of protective anti-corrosion properties. |
