A supercooling apparatus is provided to perform a non-freezing mode according to the storage space and the load of stored foods. The supercooling apparatus is composed of an energy setting unit setting up the degree of the energy corresponding to the kind and amount of foods stored in a storage space, an energy generating unit generating the set energy, and a cooling unit for keeping stored foods in the non-freezing state.
