The invention relates to a composition preparation on the base of at least one donor of NO-groups and at least one promoter of said donor with the use of adenosine triphosphate. The donor of NO-groups is selected from molsidomine and isosorbide dinitrate. A coordination compound of magnesium with the adenosine triphosphate as a ligand is use as the promoter.
