A method for improving the functional state of the vascular endothelium of the aged patients with the stable exertional stenocardia of the functional classes I and II provides for the individually adjusted interval normobaric hypoxic trainings according to the results of the hypoxic test. When the criteria of termination are evident within the first 5 min of the test, the interval normobaric hypoxic trainings are not indicated. When the criteria of termination develop within 7 min, 14% oxygen mixture is used with the decrease of oxygen content to 12% at the fourth training session. When the hypoxic test continues above 7 min, 12% oxygen mixture is used. |
