a first calculation unit (50) for calculating a first calculation value obtained by subtracting a first offset signal from a main signal; a second calculation unit (51) for calculating a second calculation value which is a difference between a second offset signal and the first offset signal; and a correction unit (52) which corrects the first calculation value calculated by the first calculation unit (50) by using the second calculation value calculated by the second calculation unit (51) which corresponds to a period of the same length as the period from the first offset signal to the main signal used for calculation by the first calculation unit (50). Accordingly, the first calculation value is subjected to a correction which remove a noise component caused by a leak of a charge signal accumulated during a period from the first offset signal to the main signal. Consequently, it is possible to reduce degradation of the image quality caused of lea of a charge signal (leak current) accumulated in an X-ray detection element (11) and to prevent increase of the imaging time.
