A donor antenna offsetting the interference signal which is fed back through sampling signal and an integrated relay in which a service antenna is built is provided to offset the interference signal which is fed back through a sampling signal after a vector modulator samples the output signal of the donor antenna and the service antenna. The gain of a relay is set up as lowest if the power source of relay is turned on and measures the input voltage from outside(S210). An optimum isolation sate is searched by controlling phase and a sampling path by a vector modulator(S230). If the operation of the offsetting algorithm improves an isolation state, the attenuation having the optimum isolation state and phase is set up(S250). It determines that the propagation environment around the relay is changed if the isolation state becomes worse(S270).
