An implant extension abutment system is provided, in which the total operation time or the sequela of surgical operation is drastically decreased by using the autodermic lip-type implant. In the implant extension abutment system having multiple implant fixtures of for dental clinic, the number of the portion(104) fixed by the implant fixture is 2 to 100, the number of combining portion(102) with the implant boring the gum for the implant mount is 1 to 20, an extension abutment part(103) is formed to be able to be bent according to the gum shape, and fixture is formed in a screw shape designed to fit for the abutment part.
