摘要 A method for operating and designing a membrane filtration water purifying apparatus and an apparatus therefor are provided to control membrane filtration process apparatuses such as a pump valve associatedly by accurately analyzing a physical change element changed according a change of source water injected into a membrane and a membrane filtration operation, thereby securing a check for accurately grasping an operating state of a membrane and a stable collecting rate, improving durability of a membrane by accurately and suitably driving considering a physical structure feature of a membrane and reducing consumption amount of medicine and power consumption. At least one source water quality measuring apparatus is installed in a river collecting source water. A main injection pressure system is connected to a source water injection pipe. The main injection pressure system is installed in an injection pipe to which a plurality of filtering membranes is connected. A main output pressure system is connected to the filtering membranes. The main output pressure system is installed in a main output pipe connected to a processed water output pipe. A cyclic pressure system is installed in a cyclic pipe connected to the filtering membranes connected to the main injection pipe.
