One pole plate of a capacitor is a part of plural cells. An electrostatic latent image is self-generated on a surface by conducting a drum considering print data for printing one pole plate(110). A developing unit generates a developing image by developing the electrostatic latent image(120). A thermal imaging unit thermal-images the generated developing image on a print medium(130). A fusing unit fuses the thermal-imaged developing image on the print medium(140).
