A data output circuit of the semiconductor device is provided to control driving power according to data output speed by varying the capacity of the main driver by frequency. In a data output circuit of the semiconductor device, a controller(20) outputs the control signal(S_S) corresponding to the frequency status. A data output buffer receives data signal and the driving force for driving the data signal is varied according to the control signal. A controller(24) determines the frequency status through the information of the speed signal, which is a Cas latency signal and outputs a control signal by performing logic operation of two or more Cas latency signals. |
