The cushioning (1) has a lining cover (2) including central and lateral zones (4, 5) forming a roll edge. The zone (4) is over molded by a foam block (3), and the zone (5) is disassociated from the block. The block has a surface arranged opposite to the zone (5). The surface has a sliding layer (6) facilitating sliding of the zone (5) against the block, where the layer is in the form of a plastic material film. The layer is made of foam (8) whose surface is associated to a non-woven or charmeuse fabric sliding material (9).
