A document ranking conclusion method for using the access weighted value considering the access to the object document and a system using the same are provided to prevent to artificially manipulate the rank of the object document by considering the access to the object document. A document ranking conclusion method includes the steps of: producing the access information which considers the access to the object document from the pointing documents about the pointing documents which pointing the object document(S110), and refers one at least among the access information is the data movement amount to the object document from the pointing document, the page view flow volume, the access time or the duration time at the object document; producing the access weighted value of pointing documents based on the generated access information(s120); determining the rank of the object document using the access weighted value(s130).
