A device for drying particle type food is provided to improve thermal transfer efficiency, and simplify structure of a heat supplying part by transferring heat generated from a heater through one heat transferring path. The device for drying particle type food is comprised of a supporter(10), a drying box(20), a heat guideline tube, a heat supplying part, an exhaust tube, and a drying transport unit. A drying box body has concave type cross section and installed at the supporter. An opening part of the drying box body faces upper direction. In the heat guideline tube, the heat inlet is formed. The heat guideline tube is combined in front side and rear side of the drying box. The heat supplying part supplies the heat to Enclosure of the heat guideline tube. One end of the exhaust tube is connected with the exhaustion falling hole, and the other end of the exhaust tube is installed at the outside of the heat guideline tube. The drying transport unit transfers the particle type food which the drying box body is supplied to the exhaustion falling hole. |
