IVERTER CIRCUIT AND DISPLAY APPARUTS HAVING THE SAME

A display device having an inverter circuit is provided to remove horizontal stain pattern by using the phase locked loop circuit and synchronizing with the integral multiple of the vertical start signal frequency. In an inverter circuit(100), a frequency discriminator(110) receives the vertical start signal, measures the frequency of the vertical start signal and outputs the measured a result value of the counting signal. A phase locked loop generates the integral multiple of the frequency of the vertical start signal based on the counting signal. A DC/AC converter(154) receives DC power and converts the DC voltage into the AC voltage by using the oscillation clock signal.
