PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the bending rigidity of a floating-type annular leaf valve by making the inner diameter of the annular leaf valve the same as the inner diameter of a valve seat member. SOLUTION: The annular leaf valve 5 is mounted on a retainer portion 3a of a rod member 3 together with the valve seat member 2. The retainer portion 3a has a uniform outer diameter. The annular leaf valve 5 is movably mounted on the retainer portion 3a of the rod member 3 while urging force of an urging member 7 is applied to the back face of the leaf valve 5, so as to be floatable. The urging member 7 has a proximal end supported on the side of a shaft portion 3b of the rod member 3. On the other hand, the valve seat member 2 is fixedly secured to the retainer portion 3a of the rod member 3 by tightening a nut 6 screwed to a thread part of the rod member 3 under such a condition that the proximal end of a cylindrical spacer 9 with holes for allowing communication between the inner and outer peripheral sides is supported by the outer circumference portion of the valve seat member 2 and the top end of the spacer 9 is engaged with the side of the shaft portion 3b of the rod member 3.
