PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of realizing the accurate and smooth opening/closing of a screen simultaneously with the operation of paying out and winding the screen by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: A bearing portion 50 is moved in the direction of a second stopper 44 along with the rotation of a winding pipe 60, and a second regulating surface 56 as a right-side end of the bearing portion 50 abuts on the second regulating surface 56 of the second stopper 44. In this case, the bearing portion 50 cannot be moved rightward any more by the second stopper 44. Thus, an electric current of a motor is increased. When a current control section detects the increased electric current, a motor control section actuates a limiter, and the supply of the electric current is interrupted for the stop of the motor.
