PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input interface circuit that can securely prevent an electrostatic noise from being transmitted to an internal circuit when the static noise is applied to a signal input terminal.

SOLUTION: The input interface circuit is provided with a noise detecting circuit (200) which detects a noise and a noise canceler (300) having a function of cutting off noise transmission by turning off a first switch circuit (SW1) when the noise is detected. When the first switch circuit (SW1) is turned off, a second switch circuit (SW2) is turned on to latch a previous voltage. A transistor for noise detection included in the noise detecting circuit 200 has a floating N well transistor capable of adaptively optimizing the potential of an N well.
