PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine removal of heat load by waste heat of a heat generating device such as an electronic computer and reduction of outside air load in cooling, and to reduce the outside air load by heat exchanging performance beyond conventional technology by effectively utilizing the waste heat of the heat generating device such as the electronic computer in heating. SOLUTION: This heat exchange-type ventilation system uses the heat exchanging device exchanging heat among supply air, exhaust air acquiring waste heat of the heat generating device and an air-conditioning drainage in cooling, and exchanging heat between supply air and exhaust air acquiring waste heat of the heat generating device in heating, and has a function for discharging the waste heat from the heat generating device outdoors in cooling.
