PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate blood flow waveform data at a desired position using time-serial color Doppler image data that are stored. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic diagnostic device, time-serial image data (mode-B image data and color Doppler image data) obtained by repeating ultrasonic scan to a sample are stored in an image data storage part 6. A range gate setting part 102 of an input part 10 sets a range gate to the desired position of the image data read from the image data storage part 6, and displayed on a display part 9. A waveform data generating part 7 extracts a pixel value at the desired position of the time-serial color Doppler image data read in order from the image data storage part 6 based on the position information of the range gate to generate blood flow waveform data.
