PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which can change an emission direction of an electromagnetic wave into a wide range of≥90°with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The antenna device 10 is provided with a dielectric line 11 for emitting a radio wave into the air, a circular waveguide 12 for receiving a radio wave, a horn 13 connected to an output side of the circular waveguide 12, and a hollow cylindrical object 14 attached to the outer circumference of the dielectric line 11 to reduce a leakage amount of a radio wave from a circumferential wall surface of the dielectric line 11, wherein in the dielectric line 11, ring-shaped metal strips 11a are provided on a cylindrical surface at prescribed intervals, a surface shape periodically changes along the propagation direction of the radio wave, and the emission directionθof the radio wave can be changed into a wide range of≥90°between when the hollow cylindrical object 14 made of dielectric is attached to the circumferential wall surface of the dielectric line 11 with a metal strip 11a provided and when not attached to.
